My dog had an accident and when I cleaned up the mess I noticed how dirty the rest of my Carpet looked because I had light spots around where I cleaned. I have used most every Carpet Cleaner around and they all tell the same story. The one thing I remember in my discussion with Heaven's Best was that they stand behind anything they do. I was very pleased with the honesty of Kevin and Patrick. They took the time to come out to my house to assess what areas needed to be cleaned. They were honest and didn't just take my money knowing the smell that was in the house would not come out simply by cleaning the carpet. It is not ideal to replace the whole carpet, but I am so thankful they told me the truth. I will referred Heaven's Best to anyone who asks for carpet cleaning recommendations!
